having suffered a serious stroke at the age of 48, I had already  accumulated over 30 years of experience in delivering outstanding administration support services. My expertise in various areas such as support, training, budgeting, and compliance has provided me with an extensive range of skills. In addition, I am highly skilled in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and creating and formatting PDF files. together With my experience in web design, I understand the practical applications of every task I work on.

I have a vast knowledge of process-driven techniques and have written numerous process descriptions, procedures, and quality handbooks. Additionally, I possess a wealth of cultural and local insights, along with bilingual skills. I am fluent in German and currently based in the North-west of Ireland. Despite the challenges I have faced, I remain dedicated and committed to delivering exceptional results in all my endeavours.
